Henry and Evelyn were married May 20, 1961 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Steinbach with Rev. M. Hulsemann officiating. They owned H & E Construction and Henry is currently building guitars as one of his hobbies. They live in Mitchell. The couple have 3 children, Darrell (Elaine), Sherry (Brent), Shawn (April); 6 grandchildren, Marissa (Dylan), Alicia (Jonathon), Brandyn, Janessa, Aberdeen and McKade; 2 great-granddaughters, Emily and Olivia. They feel very blessed to celebrate 65 years of marriage. REMPEL & HARDER
LORRAINE & LORNE LOEWEN Married June 2, 1956 Lorne and Lorraine Loewen live in Riverside. We have been farmers as well as catering together for 70 years. We have a daughter Debbie, she married Garry Kroeker. Now we have 7 grandchildren with spouses and 6 great-grandchildren. We are so thankful for God’s guidance and the good health He has given. It’s been a wonderful ride!

HILHORST - BREMAUD Robbert, son of Henri and Johanna Hilhorst of Oosterbeek, The Netherlands, married Henriette, daughter of Henri and Marguerite Bremaud of La Broquerie, on April 23, 1966, in St. Anthony of Padua R.C. church on Burnell Street in Winnipeg. Fr. Sverenius Szabo, o.f.m. Cap., was the Minister. Robbert worked mostly in warehousing. Henriette worked as a cashier-receptionist, and as a loans officer-supervisor. Both retired after 40 years of gainful employment. We are blessed with good health and reside in Paradise Village, Ste. Anne, where living is good.
LAMBERT - VIEN Alphonse and Rita married on October 8, 1976 at St. Joachim Catholic Church in La Broquerie. Their 3 sons, Raymond (1977) and twins, Gilles and Gilbert (1978) were born in St. Claude, MB. They moved to La Broquerie in 1979. Alphonse worked at Loewen Windows and at the R.M. of La Broquerie. Rita worked at Villa Youville in Ste. Anne as a Nurse’s Aide, then as the coordinator of the Day Program for Seniors. They are now retired and are grandparents to 9 grandchildren.

DANIEL & ROSELYN BREMAUD Daniel and Roselyn Bremaud were married on June 23, 2001. We were married at Rosengard Church off of Ridge Road. Daniel has been a mechanic for 26 years come this June and Roselyn has been with a retail company for 8 years this May as a personal shopper. The couple resides in the town of La Broquerie.
